As we receive each new commitment, we will  post them on this page so that you are sure to make plans to visit each booth that interests you. Check back often to see 'what's new' !

Mercer Bird Festival

MERCER IS NOW AN OFFICIAL BIRD CITY in WISCONSIN! And the 4th Annual Mercer Bird Festival will be taking place alongside  Lupine Junefest!

Activities occurring between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.will include:

  • Bird Watching Tours
  • Nature Hikes
  • Bird Banding Demos
  • Live Bird Displays & Programs
  • EAGLE BANDING TRIP!

​Due to limited space, pre-registration is required. Registraion fee is $10.00 and includes all bird events except Eagle Banding. Kids under 12 are FREE! Register at the Mercer Chamber of Commerce or online.

MECCA Ski Club

The Mercer Cross COuntry Association is a 501(c)(3). MECCA tails are open year-round for hiking & bikeing, and groomed for skking in the winter. The Chalet Trainhead has a heated cabin and toilet.

Run For a Vet

The Run for a Vet Race, on July 4th, helps to raise awareness and provide support to help local area veterans, military persons and their families, and other military associated causes.

The Blender Bike

The Blender Bike will be back this year. Check out what you can accomplish with your own pedal power. The kids love this!.

Woods and Blooms Garden Club

The Club meets at 5:30pm, April through October, on the 4th Tuesday of the month. New and experienced gardeners are welcome to attend meetings.

At Lupine Junefest they will have wild flower seeds for sale and information about their upcoming Plant Sale on June 15, as well as the Garden Walk on July 27.

 

Mercer Lions

This is your chance to purchase your yellow rubber duck for the Lions' Duck Race

The race finish will be at Ruggers Landing, (at the entrance to Pike Lake) on Hwy 51, about 2 Miles North of Mercer, on August 10th, at 11:00 am. Food will be served, kid games start at 2:00, duck piñatas busting for the kids, dunk tank (practice you’re pitching), raffles, paddle games, refreshments at the Tiki Bar and live music at 1:00 pm. After the ducks come in stick around for the boat swamp.
